We operate a number of internal procedures to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner, WHICH include THE FOLLOWING:
• Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Our Code summarizes the legal and ethical business considerations that govern the conduct of OE’s employees and key third party relationships.
• Compliance Helpline. We operate a Compliance Helpline so that all employees and contractors know that they can raise concerns about how colleagues are being treated, or practices within our business or supply chain, without fear of reprisals.
• Due Diligence Procedure. Our due diligence process for certain suppliers (including all manning providers and other third party service providers) includes research and inquiries to ensure that a particular organization has never been convicted of offenses relating to modern slavery. We conduct this due diligence before allowing them to perform work on our behalf.

WE REQUIRE FACE-TO-FACE MEETING TO ENSURE THAT THIS ENDEAVOR IS PROPERLY ALIGNED & VETTED. AN OE REPRESENTATIVE WILL APPEAR AT CUSTOMER’S BUSINESS LOCATION TO DETERMINE IF BUYER IS READY WILLING AND ABLE.
WE DO NOT REQUIRE ANY UPFRONT MONEY TO INITIATE FACILITATION.
Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO) - We have relationships with genuine Suppliers of BLCO. BLCO delivery is designated as FOB, TTO, TTT, and CIF basis. If you are a serious Buyer that needs BLCO contact us.

OE is a transporter for common and contracts carrier freight in the U.S. We provide third-party logistics and logistics services. Every contractual driver must meet OE Logistics standards, including licensing, safety criteria, and provide premier service. We understand the need to exceed our customers’ service expectations, and we take pride in using drivers and facilitators who uphold that same integrity.
Operations are managed in accordance with fundamental labor standards, and we follow a practice that conforms to international standards for human rights.
We also ensure that each contract contains appropriate compliance language to prevent modern slavery, including references to specific anti-slavery laws, where applicable.
